Scoliosis Surgeries

With the help of Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah (Chairman, Heart Foundation and Research Institute) Health and Care Foundation conducted successful surgeries for children suffering from scoliosis.

HFRI interviewed children and their parents. During the discussion, we found out that they are facing many problems.

Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah supported those who come from very ordinary families and cannot do their children’s scoliosis surgery. An operation on a child costs at least 1.5 lakhs, so far 10 children have undergone scoliosis surgery by Health and Care Foundation with the help of the Heart Foundation and Research Institute.
