5^th IIMA international conference on Advances in Healthcare Management Services had an objective to provide platform to develop and disseminate knowledge base on theories and practices of healthcare management. The key focus area is to highlight emerging and contentious issues in public health including digital health, innovation in public health, private partnerships and social issues such as violence against doctors among others. Dr. Nitin Shah, Chairman of Heart Foundation and Research Institute supported the conference financially and the mission with central concern to the human dimension in medicine as prime area of intervention and healthcare project interventions.
