Holistic Health Workshop – My Health My Responsibility

Sigma solution organized holistic health workshop named “My Health My Responsibility” first time in Ahmedabad which was sponsored by HFRI. This workshop conducted by Guinness Book record holder Dr. Anil Gupta (MBBS, MS. PhD) and International Yoga Trainer, Swami Mahesh. Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah, chairman of HFRI supported this workshop with the object to enhance the strength of mind and willpower by applying certain healing techniques and exercises using specific colours, sounds and “mudras”. One can raise the frequency of subconscious mind and attract divine energy.
