To create and develop research centre/institute and to organize research projects for eliminating the diseases in the community. To conduct research in particular, in following areas;

Primary prevention of Ischemic Heart diseases Rehabilitation of Heart attack patients Identifying high risk factors in the causation of various Heart diseases To provide training to paramedical people such as nurses and technicians on patient care and medical research. To study innovative project problems and preventive diseases prevailing in the city, urban, and rural areas. The project will help to create awareness in people about the prevention of various diseases.

To use the society fund for charitable purposes such as relief for the poor, education, medical and other similar purposes. To establish and run a General Hospital which will provide an excellent medical and surgical treatment to the surrounding community and peoples of the state in general without any bar of caste, community, race, religion, or colour.

To provide various facilities to the team of medics and paramedics through allopathic systems. The hospital will additionally have medicine, surgery, Cardiology, Orthopaedic, Rheumatology, Oncology, Gastroenterology, etc. To print and publish newspapers, periodicals, books or leaflets, audio-visual aids etc. To associate with various institutions, societies, associations that carry objectives similar to the society. To hold and organize seminars, conferences, talks, and functions as may be considered desirable, invite guests, speakers of eminence from India and abroad and pay them all expenses charges, remuneration, etc. as per the requirements.

To send and sponsor delegates and representatives to national or international conferences, seminars and pay their expenses, charges, remuneration, etc. Additionally, sponsor persons of ability and experience working with the institution in India and abroad to various colleges, schools, and institutions in various fields of education for acquiring or imparting education, knowledge and to pay their expenses, charges, remuneration, etc. Supporting various physical, mental, technical educational activities for spread of education and Providing school fees, college fees and purchase books to the deserving and needy students.

Grant of medical aid to the poor and needy without distinction of caste, creed and to grant such monetary help and financial aids as the trustees may deem fit during the epidemic, famine, flood, or any unforeseen or war-like operations. Donating to public bodies or pubic charitable institutions having similar objectives and presents on such sum or sums on the terms and conditions for all or any of the objects hereinbefore or hereinafter stated. Assistance and encouragement either by a grant of scholarship or tuition fees or by way of the loan with or without interest in the matters of education for study or in the promotion of or knowledge of medical and other subjects.

To establish, maintain and support or help by monetary gifts or otherwise, activities, for the differently abled. Establishing, contributing, maintaining, running and promoting institutions for spread of medical or other education in rural and urban areas and granting scholarships, - contributions, etc. to individuals, institutions, colleges, schools, imparting such education and contributing to or establishing, maintaining and running hostels for medical or other students. To accept and execute any of the Society/Societies which have objectives similar to this Society. Helping or subscribing to the books, periodicals, magazines and pamphlets and holding to the advertisement of any object of general public utility. To accept the gift, donation, contribution, either in cash or in-kind, from any person, firm, or company from India or abroad on such terms which confirms with the objectives of the society.
