To establish, help and conduct institutions which have, for their object and carrying out of public purposes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the people of India.The education of the people of India by the publication or aiding the publication of newspapers, magazines, books, booklets, pamphlets, or in any other manner. Helping institutions societies, companies, firms or individuals which have or are engaged in similar charitable objects. To collect and raise funds by donations, shows and performances. To help and promote education and learning (technical, non-technical, agricultural, engineering, medical, commercial, scientific or any other subject of education) including primary, higher and college education and including post-graduate studies, in all subjects amongst boys and girls in schools and colleges or other institutions approved of by the Trustees by means of scholarships or payment of fees or providing books of defraying expenses or otherwise however and to continue or carry on necessary activities to promote the said objects. To establish professorships and lectureships and to give scholarships and prizes or other similar help or encouragement in the advancements of education.

To establish or help in the establishment or support and maintenance by donation or otherwise technical institutes or schools and colleges for general education or for medical education or domestic science or other educational or research institutions so that the benefit thereof may be available to students. To establish, maintain, support, help by monetary gifts or otherwise institutions such as o Public Libraries o Fine Art Classes or Institutions o Industrial Classes or Institutions o Poly-Technic establishments o Cottage and Small Scale Industries o Home for Paupers

For establishing, maintaining and supporting medical schools and colleges for the propagation and advancement of studies in all kinds of medicines, such as allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic, unani or any other kind In giving free medicines, injections, tonic, food and the like In giving help for medical and surgical of expenses in India and/or poor needy residents of India for medical and surgical treatment. To establish, maintain and support by monetary help or otherwise charitable dispensaries or similar other charitable institutions for medical relief including infirmaries, convalescence homes, maternity homes, homes for the blind, deaf and dumb and homes for lepers and the like. Homes for incurable and persons suffering from diseases of long duration. To establish industrial homes and institutions in India. To erect or help in erecting buildings for the poor or otherwise providing housing accommodation to the poor of India

To construct new wells and maintain and repair existing wells, tanks and other sources or water for the benefit of the public or to give monetary help for the same and to provide sanitation of general uplift or rural development in villages. To establish and help in establishing institutions for the protection and shelter of animals. To give doles to the poor in money or kind, free food and the like. To give monetary help or other help for relief from natural, fire, earthquake or cyclones, tempests, fire, earthquake or the like or otherwise.

To establish, maintain and support or help by monetary gifts or otherwise public gardens, recreation grounds, public swimming pools and the like, For effecting economic amelioration by imparting technical education setting up modern industries and reducing unemployment. For research in all subjects including setting up, maintenance and help of research institutions. For the general improvement and promotion of agriculture. To get published books, periodicals, journals and pamphlets for general public utility.

To establish, maintain, and support or help by monetary gifts or otherwise, industrial homes and model institutions for the crippled, incapacitated, unemployed and illiterate men, women and children for teaching them handicrafts and home industries such as carpentry, joinery, designing, drawing, painting, cane work, carpet making, spinning, weaving, laundry work, dry cleaning, outing, confectionery, knitting, sewing, embroidery and any other handicrafts and industries of any kind whatsoever so as to enable them to become useful members of the public, and for the purpose aforesaid or any one or more of them or for any other object of these presents to carry on any business to the intent that the income derived from such business is applied wholly for the purpose of the institution and either the business is carried on in the course of the actual carrying out of a primary purpose of the institution or the work in connection with the business is mainly carried on by the beneficiaries of the institution provided always that if there is a loss in such business the Trustees shall not be personally liable for any such loss but the same shall be paid out of the income or even out of the corpus of the Trust Fund as the Trustees deem fit.
